Good to know

The condo is located on the first floor and easy to access from your day on the beach or the fantastic pool. So close to the water you can see the sand and the pool from the balcony. Inside there is a nice living space with a large screen TV and a pull out couch. An attached kitchen is well stocked for your stay. One full bath is located off the main hallway. The hall also has 2 built in bunks for sleeping. The bedroom features a queen bed.

The resort is your for enjoying. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort has direct access to the beach with 3 separate boardwalks, the largest pool on the island, Tennis and Pickleball courts, and 3 restaurants all right on site! You will stay in an Ocean Villa condo that is just A Step Away from the beach and pool. The resort has on site gated 24 hour security. The parking pass that is charged by the resort, is part of the booking, pays for the security. Parking passes are picked up in the main building as you enter the resort. Access to the unit is keyless and a code will be sent to you a few days before your trip!

Jeff’s place was the ideal getaway—clean and exactly as described in the listing. He was quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return!

Place was very clean. Only things wrong with the place was a small stain on the curtains, some caulking issues around the shower, and discoloration around some of the ceiling vents. They were minor and the overall place was fantastic. There was a water main break that shut off our water for about 5 hours which was an issue however there is nothing the owner could do about that. The owner ever messaged me letting me know it was a scheduled repair and many units would be affected. Overall the price was fair and I would absolutely stay again.

Jeff’s place was fantastic! Great location, beds were super comfy, even the bunk bed which I slept in. The place was clean and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

We had a great stay in Jeff's place. The amenities were awesome. We used the tennis courts, sports bar, beach bar, pool and more. It is also a very convenient drive to Sea Pines and Harbour Cove. Our only inconvenience was the lack of an ice maker for our coffee, cocktails, etc. Everything else was 10/10. Clean, cozy, and beautiful!
