Luxury 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa includes top floor views from a private balcony, spacious living area, a fully stocked kitchen and hi speed, dedicated fiber internet/wifi. The complex is beachfront with 3 onsite restaurants, 2 pools, coin laundry, bike rentals, gym, playground, catch/release pomd, plenty of activities and 24 hour security. Note: $145 cleaning fee and $35 security fee are charged per stay included your total.

Good to know
Modern beach decor highlight this well designed space. High end feel without the high end price. The balcony is perfect in the morning with your cup of coffee or in the evenings to relax with your favorite beverage. Ocean facing however one very large, beautiful tree prevents an ocean view. Just a few minute walk on resort to the beach!
Other Details to Note
Sleeping linens and bath towels are included. Pull out bed linens will be in the second bedroom closet. Starter pack of dishsoap, garbage bag, bathroom necessities are included. Beach towels are not included. Please note there is no elevator in this property. Laundry facilities are on site - located near the tennis pro shop. Board games and cards. Four beach chairs and various toys are located in the utility closet for your convenience.

Guest Access
The complex charges a $35 parking fee per car staying overnight (one time charge, not per night). The first vehicle fee is included as a prorated "Community Fee" to each night of your stay. You can see a breakdown of this in the charge details information. Please contact us directly if you need additional parking passes for $35 each.
