Loved our stay! Very clean, spacious, and well- equipped for a Hilton Head vacation. An easy 5 minute walk to the beach on a sidewalk and alongside some of the other buildings, all within the gated resort.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner place. There also were no plug-ins or strong fragrances. The beach access was literally right by the building. The check-in was easy and the departure chores were minimal. This condo is on the smaller side, but it was just fine for the two of us. It was a great value in a great location. Thanks for a great stay, Jeff!

Apartment was as described, good size and an easy 5 min walk to the beach.
Jeff made check in very easy and gave clear instructions.
We made the most of the Bars, restaurants and pools at the resort .
Great stay, we hope to return.

Jeff’s place was the ideal getaway—clean and exactly as described in the listing. He was quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return!

Place was very clean. Only things wrong with the place was a small stain on the curtains, some caulking issues around the shower, and discoloration around some of the ceiling vents. They were minor and the overall place was fantastic.
There was a water main break that shut off our water for about 5 hours which was an issue however there is nothing the owner could do about that. The owner ever messaged me letting me know it was a scheduled repair and many units would be affected.
Overall the price was fair and I would absolutely stay again.
